I've enabled Buddypress Activity Integration, Buddypress Notification Integration, BuddyPress Profile Forum Tab Integration and Replace Forum Profile with BuddyPress Profile.
The last two work but there's no activity or notifications.
If I create a new forum topic, it doesn't show up in the activity streams or in the Activity section on the backend.
There is no notification message either.
But the new forum topic will appear under Forum Topics Started tab on user profiles.

I've tried it on my website as well as two clean installs of WP & BP. There are no activity stream posts or activity showing up in the dashboard.

We've checked several times and don't find such an issue on our test websites. We'll need admin access to check the issue on your website. Could you please send the admin login details to info[at]gvectorrs.com email address?
Also please record some video with the issue and include it in the email content.
We cannot test in on the live website. And as far as on our test websites there's not such an issue we'll need the clone of your website. Please install and activate the Duplicator — WordPress Migration Plugin, backup your WordPress site and send it to info[at]gvectors.com email address to allow us to check it.
