Captcha is not working on these pages:

I started to notice spam users yesterday.
I cleared all caches.
I deleted/reset the captcha keys.
The reCAPTCHA Settings are all set to "yes"

Those pages you posted are not wpForo pages. Apparently from some custom login plugin you use.
wpForo login/register HAVE it as i see:

Do not mix login/register pages. There should be ONE login and ONE for Register page.

@Alvina: Yes, I did the all of the steps described in the post by Robert and Sofy prior to submitting this post.
@Anonymous20: The login and register pages are from Ultimate Member. I could be mistaken, but when I first set up WPForo and UM WPForo's recaptcha worked fine on those pages.

Can't be. wpForo recaptcha works for wpForo login/register pages form. For other pages, you will have to deal with other ways not related to wpForo.
UNLESS you have some OTHER recaptcha for login (not wpForo's) and that could work on wpForo pages.
And you missed the point. You must have ONE login and ONE register. Having several ones, only creates problems like this.
