You can set website terms and privacy policy pages URLs from Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Privacy & Rules Tab`

Go to Dashboard > Forums > Usergroups, edit the Usergroup and Uncheck` Front - Can view members, Front - Can view profiles Checkboxes.
